Head office has 20 PCs all accessing POS ERP System through Citrix. Each branch has 5 point of sale terminals + printers. This well known organisation's IT infrastructure consists of an NT4 network of 30 PCs involved in file and print sharing, database mail outs, and programme design. A number of external coaches and administration staff run notebooks that are directly connected to the Head Office in Melbourne. The Grid provides all I.T. Services.

This is a Small Business Server 2003 Site with 33 PCs. The network also includes manufacturing and data base servers. There are no IT staff on site, The Grid provides all support.
