One-on-One
The Grid will target individual training programs to suit your specific needs. We do this because we know that each staff member at any one time will have a different level of skill, and need for training. In addition most people’s tasks within the organisation vary widely and often require quite different specific skills.

The Grid’s Targeted Training allows us to deliver the maximum productivity benefits, because we do not waste time training people for skills they will quickly forget because of lack of use. We will be happy to provide you with a no obligation quotation for the level of skills and productivity you require from your team members.

Personal Skills Manual
The Grid’s training team will provide you with a complete personal skills manual. This is a document outlining the level of knowledge and competency each person is required to achieve, in order to perform the tasks required of them.

This document and information can be used as part of Job Specification development, as part of the recruitment process and as part of staff review and remuneration assessment.
