What is Extended Hardware Assurance?

It is a plan that dovetails with your Brand Name Manufacturers Warranty.

The Grid has Partner Relationships with major brand name suppliers. This means that if it is necessary escalate matters, we are generally more able to raise vendors awareness of the issue through their Partnership Care Programmes.

If a warranty issue occurs The Grid Corporation will assist in picking up the responsibility of following up the terms of the warranty. This may include assisting with documentation or chasing up service personnel.

Extended Hardware Assuranceis a free service, available to all of The Grid Corporation’s hardware clients.At a time when some brands are sending their customer service division overseas, the need for close monitoring and rapid escalation has become critical.

At The Grid Corporation we are always available to escalate warranty issues, however if items are not covered by Extended Hardware Assurance , there will be a charge for this service.
