10% Off Rates
Clients are able to advance purchase consulting in 20 hour blocks in order to take advantage of a 10% rate discount.
As clients draws down on the Advance Purchased Hours The Grid keeps a full record of all activities, visits and charges. When the pre-purchased hours are close to exhausted, this record is issued together with a new invoice, to ensure that the client always has discounted hours available.
Additional discounts beyond 10% are available for clients wishing to purchase packages of support greater than 20 hours.
