Many clients simply require us to Dial-in to their Network on a regular basis to provide a “Health Check” on their file servers.
Following discussion with the client a fixed time for completing these reports is decided.
We would typically report on back-ups, anti-virus, disk space, event logs etc.
This service can be provided at fairly minimal cost, and enables you to predict many of the issues that might otherwise lead to server and network downtime.
Small server housekeeping issues can often be dealt with during the dial-in health check, with no additional charge being made.
This service can be provided for as little as $66 Including GST per week.
