Network Audits
For clients who do not have a clear understanding of their Network Layout and Structure, The Grid provides an On-Site Audit Service. This service covers the following area:

Server
HDD Space remaining, CPU and RAM usage, Event log issues, Frequency and effectiveness of Back-ups, Anti Virus updates.

Workstations
We report on standards of specification as they relate to the task they need to perform. We list the software both application and operating system. We also check the availability of licences for the software loaded.

Network Protocols
The Grid will report on the existence of user rules for the network and the degree to which these rules are being followed. Such rules might include: the need to save all work to the server, or the prevention of users from loading foreign software onto the network without permission.
