Fixed Visits
These Agreements outline a specific programme of visits on a monthly basis. The time can be fixed to a certain date if required. Such Agreements often involve dial-in server monitoring in addition to a range of fixed tasks set for each visit.

Regular Support Plans enable The Grid to take a more active role in monitoring your network, and assisting with future development of your IT Infrastructure and Business.
The availability of planned visits means that a longer term program of upgrades and changes to the network can be gradually implemented on a monthly basis. If from time to time the network does not require the level of maintenance planned for, then monthly visits can be rolled back to subsequent periods when additional projects are planned.
